A long life
A journey at an end
At peace at last
A lost friend

Candles blow out
They even burn to the end
Having been lit
The flame journeys along a path
That will someday
End

Living creates
Living shares
Living one day has to say
Goodbye

We are all eager to know when
To foretell that day we must stop
When the future is all about being
Remembered

On your journey you go
Over to that place we save our souls for 
To a different consciousness without us

Happy are the times we shared
Happy are the memories we lived thru
The tears flow
