A grieving heart

These rivers of tears lay waste to my inner heart
As the fields of passioned love is scorched beneath my aching feet
Lamented in the warm soul of a love-song
As I bare my heart falled of this sickening sorrow
Suspended in the misery of a lost yesterday
And fading into another tomorrow
Smiling at the ever dying sun
Just look at what love has done.
Feeble flakes of snow condemned forever melting
Into my eyes the memories turn into tears
Shedding the heaven's of love and destorying lonely stars
The tracks I now walk down
Almost buried in my heartache
Standing before my watery reflection
Standing at the edge of contemplation.
This is a beautiful place
Here where winter lingers
So My heart can grieve
Where my mind wants to see
The land so empty and cold
In solitude I have nothing left inside to hold
Yet I am not ready to leave
Trapped in this cold icy wind
No longer do I wish to breathe.
There's no masquerade in my dying silence
Just the pages filled with hidden poetry
These seeds of ascendance have power over my heart
Left weak and broken
Lost in the sheets of incense.
Looking at the fading of another dusk
My heart has become so barren
Like the lingering words of a love song
The pain again is awoken
A fear transcendence
Lost in the beauty of the sun.
Veiled in the unforgiving love that is never changing
Patching up the scars and the cracks
Tightening the rope around my neck
Desperately pleading
Erasing you, erasing me from here.
