A Heart Broken

Broken pieces all over the floor,
Shattered fragments smash into the door.
Splintered glass cuts through every wall,
I watch the room blur as I heavily fall.
The sound of the fracture screams through the air,
You can hear every part of it tear.
There's no going back now, 
Nothing can be done.
There are no means of fixing
A heart broken, my son.
