the Gaping hole
I preferred to view the coffin
As nowt to do with us
all those people
standing black
Good god... well... what a fuss!!
I preferred to view the gaping
Hole
As just that... a hole dug...
I thought of all the work men
Trading earth for daily crusts
I rather liked the flowers mind
I know that you did too
Cos I heard your voice behind me
Laughing...
Who're they for??? ... and BOO!!!!

I can see so easily this scene. The power you've achieved here is unbelievable. I saw the coffin and that hole in the ground and I felt like I'd been punched. Really! I got that oomph... feeling reading this x
