A horrible hullabaloo

A horrible hullabaloo

I miss my cuppas in the cafes with my buddies and they know who they are
Oh how I wish I could pick up my Granddaughter’s and drive them in my car
They used to love our little shopping trips we never travelled far
but this chaotic world we live in now is boring and bizarre

I wake up in the mornings and I feel a little blue coz reality hits me like a rocket and there’s nothing I can do
In these days of social distancing what has the whole wide World come to ?
The Scientists need to hurry up and find a miracle breakthrough

Day after day is exactly the very same with everybody, everywhere watching out of their window frame
Wishing and wondering how much longer, what a crying shame !!
This damn disease needs to do one and go back from whence it came

We all listen to the Goverment but they don’t really have a clue how or when Corvid-19 will disappear and let us start anew
Oh what a catastrophy this is I feel a sadness of subdue
Isn’t this Coronavirus a horrible hullabaloo ?
