A little farther along

Life's road a little farther along the terrain was rough the road was frought 
With pain and fear but now Jesus is near 
never look back just straight ahead opportunity knocks open the door
climb the pinnacle of success never to return to unhappiness

a little farther along a little more each day 
open God's word and sing his praise 
Don't worry so much 
give him your soul 
trust in the Savior
and before you know
