A LITTLE GIRL'S CHRISTMAS WISH

"What do you want for Christmas?" Santa Claus said
The little girl pondered and scratched her head
"World peace and no poverty" was her reply
Santa Claus listened and then started to cry

"I can't do miracles I only wish I could" Santa finally spoke
The little girl thought to herself Santa was a decent bloke
We all want world peace and no poverty too
Two of the world's greatest problems that much is true

Let's all act now so these problems disappear and go
Love and compassion needs to prosper and grow
