A LONELY STRAWBERRY

I'm a lonely strawberry which I fear is a big mistake
Being beaten into a pulp and end up in a shake
However dear fruity friends I could be in a smoothie
That I think would be rather cool and kinda groovy

I maybe put in an oven with temperatures so high
Finish up with fellow strawberries and end up in a pie
Last night in the fridge I had the most beautiful dream
That I would be on my own with lashings of cream

Wherever I finish and wherever I will be
It's dangerous being a lonely strawberry as you can see
