As I concentrate on a framed picture
It is incredible what I see
I can envisage the artist with her palette
She is smiling back at me

How perfectly she holds her brushes
Variety of tips
She cleverly shades the sails
As she creates her splendid ships

I view her genius artistry
How talented her skills
Inventing these wonderous wall arts
My perceiving gives me chills

I imagine myself inside her art
Would she paint me ‘air & grace?’
Oh how it could be so brilliant
If all my age-lines weren’t on  my face

As I leave this master piece
I whisper words of glee
Tis only for this artist
Her work does overjoy me
