A Plea to the World

Days gone by, a past of what was, Edgar Allen Poe, for his darkness and woes, William Shakespeare for Romeo and Juliet, a loves great beauty and tragic death, the artist of Michelangelo, Leonardo Daย vinci, where is those lovers of poetry, of fascinating art, why have we gone sour in today's need of passionate men.
What have we gone from? When a world no longer desires fantasy, romance, and love?, where is the wanting for mystery of darkness, Ravens calling, a pendulum falling? that ever lasting oils on canvas, or structures of marble? sculpted by the most keen eyes of artisticallyย beauties, a love of nature, And God, the last supper on the wall of the Santa Maria delle Grazie, marvelous wonders for the world to enjoy, and that small gift of the most valued ploy.
What has the world come to one might ask? when dreamers are barren and many are shunned, the eyes of Van Gogh on a starry night, the mind of Picasso screams out of sight.
A world without vision or tender love, a sick lil place not like paradise above, a self ending hate this world does spin, for rockets and bombs replace good men.
Grow in peace, replace all fear, before we all end in a world filled with tears.
