A RUBBISH POEM

Broken glass on a pavement street 
Be careful where you are putting your feet 
Take away cartons thrown here and everywhere
Fish wrappers and pizza boxes nobody seems to care

Why should people disgrace their own city ?
Throwing out rubbish is not clever or pretty 
Is it any wonder towns and cities are in decay 
When people throw all their rubbish away 

So at the end of the day please put rubbish in a bin
You will earn my respect and the environment will win
