A Tongue Twisted World

In a world full of pain we refrain and restrain the thought of new ideas
as we're mocked by our peers.
We judge our religions by fractious decisions, by gender and race, while
there's hate we won't change.
By the colour of skin, we judge and we sin, through greed and gluttony

we cause war and mutiny.

The colour of money creates pain and enemies. Through prejudice, we're
taught to resort and abort our beliefs and our dreams while inside we
weep and seek our approval from those that abuse us or those that we fear
or are untrue to us.
We hold our heads up high but deep inside we can't find the words that we
need to provide, as day by day, we fight for our lives.
One day we might see a new world where we'll be without judgement or
fear but till then we must find peace in global refine, be sincere and stay
strong for as long as we can and unite hand in hand.
So, for now, we must love and in time it will come.
