A Towering Forest Of Imagination

Once upon a time....
Through-out the many,
Kingdoms of this earth.
Children in their bedrooms,
Sat reading many books.
All dreamt of a world,
Far beyond the one,
Which surrounded them.

In words,
Majestic, magical words.
All did find their escape.
A path.
All did happily venture down,
And follow.
With wings on their feet.
Each heart filled with grace and vigour,
Leading into,
A towering forest of imagination.

And they never grew up.
They chose not to leave.
To remain lost forever,
In this enchanted forest.
And became,
The poets they are today.
