Poem -
A Warrior's Lovesong
The Emperor has forbade me to die
until I have slain The Enemy.
But how are You everywhere
I could possibly fail-
giving me strength ?
I shall return from the field
with laurels and plunder
and a beating heart
to tell you
why.
