Poem -

a woman's grief

a woman's grief

They've got out there
A God; that has forgotten women
In the mirror you can stare
And stare as if she was woven
From cloth - but naught
This woman, the woman in grief
Is flesh and red blood brought
By God until the man thief
Took her soul - and now
This grief of a woman
Lay in the shadows low
Thin and dying in
Tears of a despairing heart -
Ask of tears ~
   - a woman's grief
         A woman's grief
