I need to write 
For today

but what is right
I say

if you ever want to learn this art
You have to place your mark

words are to be heard 
place your pen to start
and write from your heart 

but the fear of hate is so great
it makes us hesitate 

even makes our hands 
shake

what words to find
what makes it rhyme 
what makes it truly shine

What is it about
something to pout 
or something you want to shout out

it takes time to learn
and earn that skill
and least in the end 
what you wanted to say will be fufilled
