Just like a caged animal :(

Just

I was taking a picture off my wall
when it crashed onto the floor
Why does accidents have to happen ?
It landed on my foot & made it sore

Well I didn’t go to the Doctors
I knew I was going away
flying on an aeroplane for a sunshine holiday

If it was broken
they wouldn’t let me on a plane
So I hobbled around
trying to ignore the pain

Well we visited lots of places
So many beautiful sights to see
Two weeks aboard the Emerald Princess
My husband & me

But now we are home
I’ve had an xray
broken bones on my foot
not surprising I gotta say

So they sent me away 
wearing a kneee-length moonboot
Tho it makes me walk lop-sided
It certainly helps my foot

The trouble is with this contraption
It has a very hard, thick sole
It keeps my leg as straight as any pole

I’ve gained inches on this leg
So my other one is short
It’s put a stop to my walking
Without the need for support

Well rollon a few weeks
I do not like to sit still
but I have no other option
this plight is against my will

i’m just like a caged animal
with a very sore tooth
