Actions Speak Louder

Sorry; has there even been such a well disguised meaning to a word.

Sorry is nearly vicious in the use of such. It is flung without thought from careless lips.

Sorry leaves room for a mistake to be repeated in the thoughtless impulse it is uttered. 

People bump you with out intention; a face you have not seen before and will not encounter outside of that moment and they utter 'sorry'. They speak it just as quickly, smoothly, and in the moment as the closest of people to you when they have wounded you in irreparable ways.

I'd rather you not leave room to repeat what ever you feel 'sorry' for and leave it unspoken then mindlessly refute something to me. Something that holds no substance. That heals nor rights wounds inflicted. Merely instead next time I challenge you to show your regret. To do what you can to right the wrong. Or even better still, when the same circumstance present chance for repetition. Choose other wise. 

For only then have you shown you are 'sorry'.
