Aegean Sea - experimental

I dove
down
down
down
into
The blue
Mother father
Like frogs into a pond
I dove
down
down
down
Into the blue
Until I saw myself amongst
The blue,
the blue Aegean sea
Whispy white crests blur depth
Unperturbed
I dove
down
down
down
Into the blue,
I lay on the ocean floor
Mother father
I lay next to you, at rest
I dove
down
down
down
Pale face choked
I swear I saw my life flash
Flash before my eyes
As I dove
Down
down
down
into the blue
The blue Aegean
The wonderfully blue Aegean sea
Sweet mercy
every fish ought to know that god exists
Every child needs to know
Mother father
I swear I saw their spirits
As I dove
Down
down
down
into the Blue
the blue Aegean sea
God asks no more than a prayer
My head itches with pain
My heart aches with the stains of the earth
the dusty earth
And to escape I dove
I dove down
I dove
down
down
down
Into the blue
The blue Aegean sea
In the darkness
When the moon is full
(father moon, mother light)
the current still
In the shadow of the sea
Mother father
Their spirits came to me
Beckoning,
I dove
I dove down
Down
Down
Down
Into the blue
The wonderfully blue Aegean sea

that was a surprise I thought this

not structured like a sonnet
just a long piece of string

William;) Luv from Jai
