Aerial Perspective

Aerial Perspective

Ascending, vivid colors

Become beige, white, brown and blue

Only is the world transparent

Hovering in plane view

Towering buildings, trucks, and stadiums

Become minuscule in sight

Placed in tiny squares of symmetry

Losing weight and size and might

Stretching out into the horizon

Become our cares so small

I see the edge of planet earth

And begin to value it all

Floating over supple clouds

Amorphous masks, in true

And suddenly the sky is clear

Hovering in plain view
