Poem -
A GOOD NIGHT'S REST
We all need that a good night's sleep it makes the next day more enjoyable,
I don't know how people on third shift survive day and night reversed,
when I don't sleep well, I am a grouchy bear, so when I am resting don't wake me up,
a good night's rest is all I need, most definitely then I am a happy camper I sure you will agree.

OMG LINDA!!....I can't tell you how much I agree with you...it's the single most important thing in my illness now.....SLEEP!!.....once I didn't sleep for three days and I began hallucinating so bad the doctors had to give me a shot to put me to sleep.....scary stuff ~ not being able to sleep!!......ALL STARS!!...thanx so much for sharing this girlfriend!!.....LOVE & ROCKETS!!.....T xo : )
