Aliens

Yonder the horizons and stars,
far, far, far away, the aliens  came
down on expedition to learn 
about life on earth 
and it's creatures -
without fuel their UFOs flew
with unmatchable speed,
knowing  their destination,
coming and going at their will!

Times have changed now -
some of them we caught 
to learn their secrets:
they have  no feelings
no gender, no parents, brothers,
sisters, no friends, no games
but, indeed,  slaves of times!

We don't understand them,
they don't understand us -
Let's not hold them captive -
no matter where they live,
where we live, life is but precious to all!
