Alluring

I've been known to call my partner Victor
after a well loved character
in One Foot in the Grave
he likes to have a moan
and can often rant and rave
I find it amusing
and sometimes confusing
its always some obscure fact
or object that makes him react
if it was aimed at me
I mightn't be so happy
he could star in Grumpy old Men
many an article he could pen
Oscar was my fave in Sesame Street
a sure sign of who I'd meet
its never boring
I find it alluring
