Poem -
Alone time
When I need to be aloneÂ
I come down to the beachÂ
Where I can work through my thoughtsÂ
And keep people out of reachÂ
So I just sit alone in silence
To contemplate my life
But down here on my own
Where there's no trouble or strife
The sound of the wind howlingÂ
Waves crashing on the shoreÂ
Helps put life in perspective
And clear my mind some more

I love the picture and it`s perfect for this beautiful and well written piece. I loved the flow of the rhyme and the meaning behind it. I think we all value our alone time but still enjoy the love we have in our lives. I think all poets are deep thinkers and thrive on their own with peace and quiet to be able to work. Well done for an enjoyable piece, you have real talent.
