Always the Sun

Always the Sun

I've been strangled ..
in front of my
own eyes.

Punk Rock ..
punctured me,
right in the gut.

I wasn't a kid..
I was 63.
Surrounded by
OAP's

Who says,Β
there's no more heroes..
We' re all here .
flesh and bone..

Not heroes..
in the old sense,
Punk Rock heroes
without pretence..

Choose Life

( I saw The Stranglers and The Ruts at Sheffield  city Hall..I was enthralled..)❀️
