Am I ‘A-ok?’

I wonder do I know myself enough to say that I am always absolutely ‘A-ok?’
As I stand beside my shadow underneath that big old harvest moon, staring out at the horizon sinking in a soft sand dune..Yes my senses are invigorated amidst the sensations of that sea, betwixt the saltiness and the moving motion it sets my spirit free.. but I cannot feel comfortable strolling here aimlessly as I hide away from the darkness so that I cannot see..

I look over my shoulder though I know noone is there, I am all alone on this beautiful beach, I should not have a care.. but as I listen to the ebb and flow amongst the roaring of this ocean, my heart races like a rocket almost ending in an explosion..I cannot be myself, by myself with nobody around, I need to hear friendly chattering, I miss that familiar sound..And am I really on this sandy shore with noone else to see? Or is that silhouette by the shadow of yon moonlight only me?..
