America's Extinction

We are diseased animals.

Crippled by our self assigned sense of superiority.

Wounded through our hand woven veil of ignorance.

Made lazy by progressively instilling entitlement without the precursor of giving to get.

The summer is weaning, methodically, patiently, give all of nature time to prepare for the fall and winter to come.

Oh, but, America. You have not adapted to survive the changing environment about you. The changing seasons. You have fought to thrive in a comfort zone.

So, I sit here and wonder about the winter to come. The chill clawing at the back of the suns decent in the evening sky. Will our loss of drive to survive before thriving, be the extinction of our race?
