AN ALIEN IN MY CITY

An alien landed in my city from outerspace 
He got out of his spaceship and had the cutest face
The face he had was a cross between a cat and ET 
He had two arms and two legs as far as I could see

A spaceship in a car park is an unusual thing 
I approached him with caution as if he were a King 
"Hello" I said to break the tension and ice 
"Hello" he replied back which was polite and nice 

Then he said something which made me smile 
I couldn't stop laughing for a very long while 
"Where's a pub ?" he asked and said his lips were dry 
I'm guessing outerspace to my city is a long way to fly
