Poem -
An Angel Cries
An angel is sobbing mournfully for what we've done.
Unless all is changed it is so clear what's to come !
Much more needs to be in placeΒ to combat pure evil.
The angel does not wish this earth to go to the devil.
Great wars, poverty and suffering have been seen.
Each tear represents the end of a beautiful dream !
How can mankind let this turmoil take centre stage ?
Why are news broadcasts filled with pitiful outrage ?
The angel does not understand our world this way !
The angel cries out for a brighter hope-filled day !

Beautiful write, that so accurately describes the world we've come to live in. People's dreams being cut short due to all the mistakes we've been made. I can understand why the angel sobs and doesn't understand our world because I live in it and don't understand it half the time either.Β
