An Evening of Elegance and Excitement   

The Krewe of Jupiter and Juno
Jubilant krewe members that are warm and welcoming to newbies and are
Ready to unite for a common cause.
Poised King Jonathan, Queen Yolonda and the Mighty Court walk
In an eloquent manner standing tall center stage as the night went away.
They shined and glowed in their beautiful elaborate attire adorned with diamonds and pearls. 
Beaded head pieces and sparkling crowns and tiaras made of feathers, silk, shiny.
Royalty I must say
who leave a lasting impression for the audience to see,
smile with warmth and benevolence.
The natural glow and shine into the air.
During the dark night, all the krewe members wear their radiant shiny, glittery customs, hats, masks and gloves that represents the theme of the unforgettable floats-Romeo and Juliet, Taj Mahal to mention just a few.
As the night falls, seeing the beautiful crowds of children, teenagers, middle age people and the elderly gather all around with open arms and hands dancing into the nightly air in the East of downtown Baton Rouge cheering with excitement as the members threw beads, stuffed animals, flowers, glowing balls,  and other types of Mardi Gras throws.
It was the most memorable night with lots of love in the air, warm smiles, cheers, and signs that made it deserving for me to become a member and ride with the Krewe of Jupiter and Juno.
