AN HOUR A DAY

Breathe the air for just a short timeĀ
So begins another heartbreaking rhyme
Take in the blue sky and see the green grass
People I know won't be gathering en masseĀ

Remember what you took for granted before
See it for an hour don't go out any longer or more
Stay indoors that's where you should really be
I know it's hard with beautiful things to see

If you see people doing the same thing as you
Remember to keep your distance that advice is true
Little things take with you as you go back inside
All isolation rules for goodness sake must be applied
