Poem -

And have you ever ...

and have you ever craved a soul
much more than you can bear

at morn time hugged the cold north wind
assured that he is there

with arms outstretched and circling
precious space of just you two

and held your stance regardless as your feet and hands turned blue

and did they ever find you
In a strange world all your own

a dressing gown upon your back
your hair a matted black

and did you then scream at them
as they came invading space

that they're the ones in madness
If they cannot see his face

like you can

Yes, and although with time the pain gets weaker it shall never be gone. 🤗

There is so much love in these words
and such strong emotions in the writer’s heart.  B
