ANGEL IN THE LIGHT
I heard you yelling to your mother...
No mama No mama!
Those were the last and only words you said...
Now, I can't get them out of my head...
She had been already dead for years...
Did you see the angel in the light?
I went running and I flew open your door...
You didn't notice me...
Someone did?
Running to you I took your hand...
There was no face I could see...
I was looking all around...
What happened?
There was a presence I could feel...
You were still with me I know...
You never spoke another word...
The next day you lost your sight...
I didn't know what to do...
You didn't eat another bite...
Something happened that night...
Five nights later...
You left without a sound...
Did you fly with the angel in the light?

I had never experienced it before...
When you hear of it that's one thing...
When it becomes a personal experience...
It changes things and difficult to explain...
It felt as if I was interrupting something...
Her voice came out as if she wanted me to...
Then I felt an urgency that I had to go in...
So many questions and not wanting to do the wrong thing...
It's amazing how many thoughts you can have in two minutes and...
Left with no direct answer...

The first time something like this touches you and your in a different place spiritually...
It has a way of making you think...
When it happens twice...
It's a different thing all together...
When it was my mother and she could see her mother as if she was actually in her room and my Grandmother was dead for sometime and we had moved since she passed...
Again, I was in a different place spiritually...
I was in a new search...
Not sure if anyone was hearing my thoughts and prayers...
I will just say...
The yes I got was more than I had received any other time of asking...
I believe this makes total sense to you...
