Angelic Demonic Eyes

Sweet, heavenly blue,
So alluring, so true.
Absorbing, drinking in deep,
A soul lost, for to keep.
Behind the azure veil,
Darkest, tempest without fail,
Lurks rancour of malignant lust,
Seeking to return flesh to dust.
Covetous of our divine place,
Has led to their falling grace.
Resentment,burning within cerulean,
Conceals repugnance so Herculean!
Yet stare continuous within these eyes,
Easily beguiled with its clean lies.
Never the demon within seen,
Only angels that have been.
