ANOTHER LOVE FOR PAIN

A labyrinth of pain, I've wandered through,
Lost in anger, hatred's bitter brew.
Despair's cold hand, a constant grip,
A shattered soul, on life's steep slip.

But deep within, a flicker still remains,
A yearning heart, that calls and strains.
To find the self, that once was bright,
To emerge from darkness, into light.

With every step, a battle fought,
To break the chains, by love uncaught.
To heal the wounds, and mend the heart,
And play once more, a loving part.
