Another Night Upon a silent moon

Another night upon a silent moon
My heart told me goodbye
It said it would come back the noon
The wind would be the guide
Through my dreams beyond fantasies
Struggles through the bosom
Flared wings through Aspen trees
The grass bound beneath them
Around the stolen world
Below the stars and moon
In the belly of a gator
Past the sandy beaches soon
Somewhere out there
Over the immoral ways
In absolute timing –
After many ghastly days
Before the rain pours
And my heart is left out
I say ‘cover your self’
With strength, never doubt
So anxious, like other felines
The only difference is wisdom
For they know not what kills them
It hurts me you know –
But I prove my self better
And wait like being on prey
I write my feeling with letters
And hope day by day
That even though you know me not
And you unseen to me
You take care of my heart
While it ventures through your leaves
While it makes love to your branches
And tugs on your heart
When it kisses your lonely nights
And you know I am not far
For my heart knows your yearn for me
And likewise I am yearning for you
But know that hour will soon come
When time sees it through

Greetings Dominique,
Very pretty poem of a heart wishing to not be lonely and
stands the test of time, as she waits her knight in shining armor, be he a mere lullaby
of the night singing his enchanted song of mezmerization, through his silent
whispers on the glittery guilding of wings of the wind, are just a interruption
of a thought, which slipped through the cracks, pretending to be that of a wish
found to be true.....Waiting for his return, consist of no labored choir,
nor that of an inundated splash of standing interrupted waterfalls ,no longer falling
to is specified capabilities...A heart open, yet wonders amidst the in
search of her soul mate thus, waiting to be resealed by he and her
once again....Very well wrote and easily to be lost in its relentless search
for contentment.....
Sincerely,
Jim
Thank you very much!
Dominique Foster,
I got here late and for lack of response (and I'm no scrub), I almost left. I thank Jimmy Arnold for convincing me to stay. I don't just get on here to showcase my work- I'm hungry and thirsty for the taste of other souls. I was about to say something about fruit and drink but it would've sounded X-rated- so I'll just say- like the late James Brown- you got soul and you're superbad! Keep doin' it!
