Another Sunrise

Another sunrise on a nice summer day .

Sometimes just the beauty takes all problems away.

Thinking about the past and love ones gone ,

Never thought at 50 I'd be in this world all alone.

I still have my memories and they get me through ,

But every once in a while I wish I was gone to.

Looking back my life wasn't so bad ,

I lived it my way and made do with what I had.

I miss my family but in heaven they found peace ,

Here on earth there seems to be none for me.
