Taking the cognitions to a place of harmony.Â

Optimistic thinking while planning a schedule is key,
Pacing yourself towards the moment of truth correctly.

Hi Michael, I enjoyed this..Suffering from anxiety can be difficult, recognising the triggers and anticipating them can be really helpful. I tend.to avoid instead of facing them...but maybe a plan of action is better way of looking at it..Â
