Anxiety

My heart is pounding out of my chest and time seems to be moving slower with every breath.
I'm more aware of each sound, movement, and what's to come next.
My eyes moving towards the door, you outside I feel vexed.
You're on my mind the only subject.
Terrified of being vulnerable or having my emotions expressed.
Questioning if these feelings are correct for you are just so perfect.
So all I do is reflect as time moves slower in distress.
