Anxiety Attack

Where are you going? You can't escape me. I am not leaving can't you feel your heart racing?  

I'm the negative thoughts inside your head. I am the one who turns your face red.  

Don't run from me I will come back. This time I'm going to make it feel like a heart attack.

I will make you feel judged and sometimes unloved. 

Do what I want and run away.  Lock yourself up and stay for days.
