Are you lonely and in despair
Living alone no one there
Crying and wringing your hands in pain

There is one who will hold your hand
There is one who understands
Jesus loves you and He wants you to know
If you allow Him in He will never go
His promise is to never leave or forsake
You don’t need to be lonely or suffer heartbreak
No need to be alone or in despair
Because Lord Jesus is always there
He is the way the truth and the life
He is the one who casts the light
He made the path He shows the way
Won’t you allow Him in today
