Armageddon Angels

He once had a companion
His name was Dusty
Whose name was Buddy
And they played games
During Armageddon it was
"Watch my back, I'll watch yours"
Only a game hardly a chore
And during the apocalypse
It became more
You can kill many
I can kill more
Armies of zombies
And still did they laugh
At the end of the world
"We've perfected our craft
They seldom defy us
For that would be daft
We soak up the fires
In sweet aftermaths"
Destruction destroy
Reduction and ploy
Some of the many forms of
Greed that this world
Needs to breed weeds in our
Brains we contain and are
All that we've seen
But you and I Buddy..
We're different, green
The color of life
In a form most supreme
You wait until the gods see us
