To sober the art of martial artsĀ
You need a heart that will last
With a mind set to the goalĀ
With a soul as pure as gold
So swift and fast is the art
It seems so hard when you start
Work hard and you will last
To feel the feeling of martial arts
It brings power to your heart
For those in complete controlĀ
It can heal a mind, body and soulĀ
So get off you arse and make a start
To master the art of martial artsĀ
