As The Veil Is Lifted
My thoughts penetrate the maze
Circling back through hedges deepest green
Etched into silvery trees, is their mistress' name
Such sacred mezzotint, is so rarely seen
So gracefully decorating my glittering solitude

No white nor yellow was ever seen
And so I consider good fortunes divine sanction
Here where Paladin powers golden gleam
Appear as the attenuated seeds of procreation
So gracefully decorating this garden's pulchritude

I am not even aware of how I dropped anchor here
My thoughts flow through a lattice of crystallography
This glistening garden, empties me of fear
As I dive through my mind's newfound topography
While gracefully decorating new ideas with exactitude

And as the veil is lifted from my heavy eyes
I am left wondering, was it all just the vernal sunshine
Creating visions in this oasis of sweet surprises
Or am I just the dreamer, down deep inside
Haphazardly decorating my own, glittering, solitude...
