Poem -

Ask the Redwood

I kneel solely to the tree,

Collective wisdom towers over me.

Her crimson hips don't sway but

will only remain inert in glory.

Her silent story whispers through the forest,

with limbs that embrace and stands with grace.

I bow my head with serenity,

for I devote my life,

to the redwood tree.
