August

August

August

The brakes of summer
Slowly get pumped
August is here
Tomatoes are plump

Schools ā€˜round the corner
Autumn near by
August is here
Season’s collideĀ

Gardens grow fruitfulĀ
Leaves look lusciousĀ
Soon they’ll be painted
With natures brush’sĀ

A paradise for picnics
Beach goers too
Air’s not so humid
Or sticky like glue

August is here
Relax and enjoy
Soon we’ll eat turkeyĀ
Then kid’s get their toys
