Darkness looms in every room-
when the light's turned off.
So peaceful-
house creeks,
the wind howls outdoors.
Your breath slowing-
eyes closing.
Blankets pulled up tight.
Shrouded by thoughts-
anger and loss.
Soon some reprieve; drifting....
The white aura-
 flauna-fauna.
The brilliant illumination-
radiant glow.
Takes away-
the pain and sorrow.
You begin to heal, its luster-
so warm!
Wraps your every cell-
new energy reborn.
Your senses hightened-
awakened.
Memories flow-
not your own.
You see-hear-taste-feel.
Not your life-
all surreal.
