Aww the morning light 💕
Oh how the onset of this early morning light
Melts away the madness of that muddled in the night
Instantaneously well I feel all right
Tho thru those wee small dark hours I was burdened with blight
Just the tiny tip tapping pigeons alighting up above
On the roof over my head was something to love
And I snuggled under my duvet like a hand cozied in a glove
Listening to that calmness of the coo cooing from yon wonderful, white Dove …
