Baby Talk
Baby Talk
Faery dust is flying
above your bed.
Sleepy dreams are flowing
inside your sweet head.
Soft tapping of raindrops
on the window pane.
They are calling to see
your sweet face again.
Gods smiling down
at a sight so good.
The world in joy
with his glowing mood.
I stoop to kiss you
And for a moment
feel so alone
Because I know how
I will miss you.
When you have grown.

Aww! jai this is just beautiful -howd i miss it? my eldest is 24 and his son my grandson is his image - tears come to my eyes because its like him all over again- my daughter on the other hand wants no children so il be like your poem - just lovely jai :) tina x
