The Back-up Plan Concept

I know the title doesn’t say much so let me explain.
How would you feel if you were on the front lines of a war
and the General is stressing and emphasizing your role and its importance,
But continues to put his efforts and time into reinforcements.
That is what parents do.
Statistics say that by the age of 32 you will be most like your parents.
Then I don’t want to have kids.
I refuse to tell my child they can do anything,
because that’s a lie.
The back- up plan concept is all too known.
Tell your child they are amazing but not thinking they can do it.
Saying you need a back-up plan because you’re walking on water and eventually you’ll fall through it
secretly crushing you child’s dreams by officially unofficially telling them they will fail.
I’m a teen and I’m too ambitious for myself I know this already
but what don’t need is my mom telling me I might need a bail.
But how am I to achieve success when the person that’s suppose my biggest fan is never in the bleachers
“lol” I get that enough.
Every time a parent tells their child “You need a back-up plan”
they are actually, accurately, fractionally, factually, impractically, tactfully, didactically, drastically,
Showing where their faith actually stands.
My mom bought me a Ps3 to make me happy not to invest in me.
She doesn’t know that there are people on YouTube making a living doing this same thing…
Can someone hear my plea?
I’m not saying that parents are wrong because 90% of the time they are right
but us kids need someone that help us fight.
What good is a boxing coach that gave up on boxing before even attempting to learn himself?
